Meet Megan McKinley, Award-Winning REALTOR® and Team Leader

As an award-winning real estate professional and proud Saint John area resident for over 20 years, Megan McKinley’s roots run deep in the community she calls home. With more than 14 years of experience in real estate, Megan’s career journey has come full circle, from starting on a team, to thriving as an independent agent, to now leading a high-producing team of her own.

Her career began with a focus on new construction, where she gained extensive industry knowledge and a keen understanding of what it takes to turn a blueprint into a dream home. Today, Megan continues to serve clients across all areas of real estate,  from new builds and family homes to investment properties and land development. As a Broker, you can also find her mentoring other real estate agents as they grow their own businesses. 

For Megan, real estate isn’t just a career — it’s a passion. When she’s not helping clients buy or sell, she’s often investing in and flipping properties herself, blending her love for real estate with her flair for design. She takes pride in transforming spaces and seeing the potential others might overlook.

At home, Megan loves relaxing with family and friends,  and her two beloved English Bulldogs, Bo and Becca. You’ll often find her reading, baking, or spending sunny summer days out on her boat

Kayshia Lemieux was born and raised in Hampton, New Brunswick, where she still calls home today. With over 5 years of experience in real estate, Kayshia combines her strong work ethic, local expertise, and genuine passion for connecting with people to guide clients through one of life’s biggest milestones. Whether working with first-time buyers, downsizers, or families relocating to the area, she is dedicated to clear communication, honest guidance, and making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Outside of real estate, you’ll often find Kayshia with her two golden retrievers, Gibson and Scottie, enjoying the outdoors, soaking up the sunshine in the summer, or hitting all her favourite local shops and markets on the weekends. She values balance, connection, and community — the same principles that shape the way she serves her clients every day.

Morgan has been a resident of the Kennebecasis Valley for over 20 years. She grew up playing competitive sports including soccer, beginning at four years old through to university. Morgan attended university in Fredericton, majoring in criminology with the mindset of attending law school following graduation, but knew she needed to see the world first.

Her travels took her across the globe, where she immersed herself in new environments, embraced diverse cultures, and gained a broader perspective on life. The solo journey brought her many life skills and life-long friends who she still keeps in touch with, which is something she will also do with her clients.

After a few years abroad, Morgan made the move back to the east coast and quickly adapted to being back in the Maritimes, feeling like she never left. She found her home in Saint John, where she lives with her husband Brad,two children Blakely and Micah and red fox lab Jack, close to family and friends. Morgan loves the outdoors and lives an active lifestyle, always finding new hiking trails to explore nearby!

With 15+ years of customer service background, Morgan realized how much she loves engaging with people, and is confident in her skills which will help get you into your next home! Taneesha Dalling-Cole is a wife to Thomas, chocolate lab mom to Blue and Bernie, and your go-to REALTOR®.

Growing up in the Sussex area instilled in her a love for the outdoors, community, and the small-town charm that makes this region so special. After graduating from UNB Saint John with a Business degree majoring in Marketing, Taneesha moved to Quispamsis, where she proudly serves clients from Sussex to Saint John, helping them find a place to call home.

With eight years of experience in the customer service industry, Taneesha thrives on connecting with people and creating a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. Whether clients are buying their first home, upsizing for a growing family, or searching for their forever home, she is there to guide them every step of the way. Her goal is to make the process seamless, enjoyable, and as stress-free as possible — because for Taneesha, real estate isn’t just a transaction; it’s the start of a new chapter.

Outside of real estate, Taneesha enjoys playing competitive volleyball, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and adventuring outdoors with her pups. Her clients often become friends, and she loves staying in touch long after closing day.

Born and raised in Rothesay, NB, Olivia Georgoudis has always valued community and connection. With over three years of real estate experience, she is passionate about building lasting relationships with her clients and guiding them with care and confidence through every stage of buying or selling a home. Olivia is known for her approachable style and her dedication to making the process seamless from start to finish.

Her background working at her family’s long-standing restaurant, Vito’s, taught her the importance of hard work, integrity, and exceptional service. These qualities continue to shape her real estate career every day.

When she’s not working with clients, Olivia loves spending time with family and friends, whether it’s a quiet night at home or a weekend adventure. She has a passion for travel and enjoys boxing as a fun way to stay active and energized.

Maddie grew up in the Kennebecasis Valley and has a deep connection to the community she serves. A Dean’s List graduate of the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Business Administration (major in Finance, minor in Philosophy), Maddie brings a strong business background and analytical approach to real estate.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, she worked in marketing and finance, where she developed a passion for exceptional service and connecting with people. Today, she combines that experience with her market knowledge to guide clients through buying and selling with confidence.

Maddie’s goal is to make every transaction feel easy, fun, and stress-free—like working with a trusted friend. She loves helping clients find homes that truly fit their lives and takes pride in building lasting relationships along the way.  A true sucker for beautiful historical homes, Maddie loves showcasing the character and stories behind the houses she represents, while helping her clients find the perfect place to build their own stories.

As a homeowner, landlord, and investor herself, she knows firsthand what it feels like to make big decisions that shape your future – and brings that perspective to the team.

Blending strategy, community knowledge, and a hands-on willingness to roll up her sleeves to help achieve team goals, she enjoys helping provide more than just surface-level service.

Victoria is our Marketing Coordinator, dedicated to showcasing our team and the work we do. Growing up in Saint John, she developed a strong appreciation for supporting local communities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a specialization in Marketing from UNB, blending creativity with an understanding of people to craft meaningful strategies that connect with clients on a personal level.

Her passion for marketing began during university, where she discovered a love for storytelling, emotional connection, and visually bringing ideas to life. After working exclusively with local businesses, Victoria found her place with the McKinley and Company Real Estate Team, where she now combines her skills, creativity, and community-minded values to make every initiative impactful. 

Victoria is dedicated to showcasing the team’s personality through social media, helping clients get to know us beyond the listings. From designing compelling campaigns to curating engaging content, she ensures our listings stand out and our story is told authentically. With a passion for storytelling and a talent for bringing ideas to life, Victoria plays a key role in connecting our team with the community, building trust, and keeping our clients informed and inspired throughout their real estate journey.
